What's the best season?
October to February is the sweet spot -- cool mornings, calm sea, long beach evenings. June to September is full monsoon: everything turns green, the coast gets dramatic, and the property is at its quietest. March to May is hot by afternoon but the water is perfect at sunrise and sunset, and rates are at their lowest.
Are pets allowed?
Yes -- well-behaved pets are welcome in the cottages and tents. Tell us when you book so we put you in the right unit with easy outdoor access. Keep them leashed around the common areas and off the beds, and we're all good.
Is it suitable for families?
Very. The premium rooms and cottages sleep families comfortably, extra mattresses are available on request, and there is no through-traffic inside the property, so kids can roam. The beach stretch in front is shallow and wide at low tide.
Can I work from here?
Yes. WiFi across the property, power backup, and a desk in the premium rooms. Mornings are genuinely quiet, which is when most guests get their calls done. If your day is back-to-back meetings, pick a room over a tent -- better acoustics and AC.
House notes?
Check-in from 1 PM, check-out by 11 AM -- both flexible if the unit is free. Quiet hours after 10:30 PM (the neighbours are birds). Bonfires and barbecues on request. Valid ID at check-in. And please carry nothing plastic to the beach -- we clean that stretch ourselves.
